After studying employment law, Aurelie has spent the first part of her career working as a lawyer at Ernst & Young law firm in Paris. She then relocated to Australia where she worked for eleven years with Executive leaders as an Executive Coach, an experienced Human Resources Consultant and a facilitator. This has allowed her to gain a thorough understanding of leadership development issues for international organisations.

Having a successful international track record in personal development and executive coaching, her passion is to build capability and support people reaching their full potential. Aurelie is bilingual and support people in english and french.

Stephanie is specialised in executive coaching and agile (transition, performance management and communication, skills assessment). Mentor/supervisor of coaches, she is also facilitator of coach and e-coaches within the Institute of Coaching international.
Doctor in organisational communication and facilitator in this field, Stephanie has been managing teams for more than 10 years in the humanitarian sector (in France and Overseas) on hostile and sensitive fields.
She is certified to take the MBTI type II and the Hogan personality test. Certified in Master II Wellness Coaching by the Institute of Coaching International. Certified Facilitator of Blended Learning by ISTF. Specialised in transactional analysis. Expert in designing e-coaching pathways and interactive e-learning units.
